The Fulton Avenue Improvement Association has had its office at the Sacramento CBC since 2000. Because the Association has limited staff, and does not need a lot of personal space, the setting is ideal. The Association recently needed more space; so instead of having to move to a different building, staff moved to a larger suite, taking the phone number and mailing address with them. The environment is professional and comfortable. The management is responsive to all tenants’ needs. I have enjoyed my years at CBC and look forward to many more.

Citizens Business Center has been the perfect fit for me as a solo practitioner. It provides me with a receptionist who can receive packages and affix postage for any mail. The lobby's waiting area is comfortable and sufficiently large to accommodate any visitors to my firm as well as to the variety of other professionals in the building. Now that I have expanded to a partnership, our new suite is the perfect size. Other amenities include a conference room for depositions and ample printing capabilities through the Konica Bizhub copier.
