A Fascinating History - A Dynamic Future
Originally a farmhouse, build in the 1950's, our building sat on the outskirts of California's growing State Capital.  The small home on one acre stood proudly on Fulton Avenue as the city grew up around it.  By 1970, Fulton Avenue had become a highly trafficked North-South arterial in the northeast corner of Sacramento.  The street became, and still is, the preferred location for almost every new car dealer in the automotive market.

In the 1970's, a developer saw potential to redevelop the 1,200 square foot farmhouse into an 18,000 square foot medical office building.  The building was rectangular in shape with offices overlooking over a central courtyard.  The open courtyard was later roofed over to become a beautiful atrium lobby.   A decade later, Patricia and Ed Voorhees purchased the building and changed to a  business model that was a bit ahead of its time:  "Executive Suites".

It was a brilliant plan to serve professional one-person and two-person office users, providing secretarial services, conference rooms, fax machines, photocopy machines and telephone reception services.  This "shared space" concept was a hit, serving sales reps, attorneys, accountants, insurance reps, real estate brokers, lenders, and therapists.  The concept and the name has evolved since then under the ownership of Michael Langford.  We are proud to say we have the longest serving Executive Suite Office Building in Sacramento County.  With an eye to the future, we are ushering in new technologies as they become available, always keeping a close eye on maintenance and building cosmetics.

We look forward to serving the small office user for decades to come.
